By engaging with House of Daisy Design (“Designer”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms. House of Daisy Design provides virtual interior design services, and each project’s scope, deliverables, and timeline will be clearly outlined in a separate design agreement or proposal. Any services outside of that scope are not included unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

House of Daisy Design operates within the scope of interior design and does not provide architectural, engineering, or contractor services. All design recommendations are conceptual and aesthetic in nature. Any work involving structural changes, electrical, plumbing, or construction must be reviewed and executed by qualified, licensed professionals. House of Daisy Design is not responsible for the safety, compliance, or execution of any construction or installation work.

All services are provided virtually unless otherwise specified. The Client acknowledges that final results may vary from design concepts due to lighting, materials, installation, or site conditions. The Designer relies on measurements, photos, and information provided by the Client and is not responsible for inaccuracies. The Designer is not responsible for on-site verification, installation, or project management.

The Client agrees to provide accurate measurements, photos, and relevant project information, communicate clearly and respond in a timely manner, review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timelines, and take full responsibility for implementation of the design.

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in the design agreement. Additional revisions, changes, or requests beyond the agreed scope will be considered additional work and billed separately. This includes, but is not limited to, adding new rooms or spaces, changing direction after approval, excessive back-and-forth beyond revision limits, or requesting new deliverables not originally outlined.

All pricing is listed in [USD/CAD — depending on your residency], and payment terms are outlined in the project agreement. Work will not begin until payment is received. Due to the custom nature of design services, all payments are non-refundable.

House of Daisy Design may recommend furniture, materials, or vendors; however, the Designer is not responsible for product availability, delays or backorders, manufacturing defects or damages, shipping issues, or installation errors. All purchases are made at the Client’s discretion.
House of Daisy Design is not liable for contractor performance or workmanship, errors resulting from incorrect measurements or information provided by the Client, or any damages, losses, or issues arising from implementation of the design.

All design concepts, mood boards, renderings, and materials created by House of Daisy Design remain the intellectual property of the Designer and are for personal use only. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes or by other designers or professionals without written consent.

Communication and support timelines will be outlined in the project agreement. All content on this website is the property of House of Daisy Design and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
